*****RESULTS*****
Present at ringside were TV commentators Rob Moore and "The Killa" Kody Kox, Ring Announcer Travis Baxter and the PCW Knockouts. Antonio hyped the card at the beginning of the show.
Mike Foxx and the Faithful (Katie Angel and Angel of Wrath Mace; Angel of Mercy Claudia was absent) came out, with Foxx introducing James Johnson as his Angel of Misery. PCW World Heavyweight and Televison Champion Franco D'Angelo came out and wanted to fight Foxx right now. Chris and Stephen Bussey came out, and Chris said the D'Angelo-Foxx match would take place later as scheduled so fans could buy more concessions. Stephen announced that, at Capital Punishment, Mace & Johnson will face Action Jackson & Wally Darkmon. The Busseys then ordered D'Angelo to defend his TV Title immediately against Apocalypse.
PCW WORLD TELEVISON TITLE MATCH
Champion "The BEAST" FRANCO D'ANGELO beat "BEST IN THE WORLD" APOCALYPSE by disqualification to retain the belt
--Apoc claimed to have wrestled in Chicago this past week and won the Windy City International Title (or something like that) by beating John "Earthquake" Tenta, who, like all of Apoc's recent "opponents," is dead. D'Angelo had an advantage on Apoc when Apoc grabbed his "title belt" and smashed D'Angelo over the head with it, drawing the DQ and drawing blood as well. Referees came out to help D'Angelo, but Apoc laid out one of them as well. D'Angelo had to be carried to the back by PCW personnel.
On the video screens, Lance Hoyt of the Rock 'N' Rave Infection groggily welcomed fans to the "Backstage Pass." He said he was in Cincinnati, but the cameraman corrected him, telling Hoyt he was in Boston, which Hoyt referenced as "Boston, Maryland." Hoyt talked about his upcoming match at Capital Punishment against Brett Idol, noting that the Busseys often called Idol "Brett Bussey." Hoyt said that must mean Idol married Larry Bussey.
Athena, Alektra Blue and the PCW Knockouts came out to throw t-shirts to the crowd, but they were interrupted by Thomas & Larry Bussey, with Larry once again carrying the giant wiener. Thomas said he was going to work out for his upcoming Submission Match against Brandon Collins. He then started throwing the women around and putting them in submission holds. Collins came out and attacked Thomas, putting him in his inverted Texas Cloverleaf and forcing Bussey to tap out. Brett Idol ran in and attacked Collins, and Bussey made the match right there.
BRETT IDOL (w/ Thomas & Larry Bussey) beat "The EXPERT" BRANDON COLLINS
--Athena and Alektra stayed at ringside to cheer for Collins. Idol got Collins in his own Cloverleaf and, keeping him just short of the bottom rope, forced a tapout. Thomas Bussey then jabbed Collins in the butt with the giant wiener.
PCW WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
Champions "REAL DEAL" NOBE BRYANT & "FLAWLESS" JEROME DANIELS beat JEFF & JERRY BROWN to retain the belts
--The Brown Brothers returned to PCW after a lengthy absence and looked good, but Bryant & Daniels matched them and pulled off effective double-teaming moves, including Bryant giving Jerry the Real Deal and Daniels hitting a Roll of the Dice-style maneuver on Jeff to get the pin and keep the belts.
A video announced that Steve DeMarco is bringing "Sexy" back to PCW on June 7.
TRIANGLE MATCH--WINNER GETS A SHOT AT THE PCW WORLD CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE AT CAPITAL PUNISHMENT
MATTHEW PALMER beat "The LIVING SUCCESS STORY" AARON EAGLE and PCW World Cruiserweight Champion "The ESSENCE OF EXCELLENCE" ROBERT EVANS by pinning Evans to get the title shot
--Eagle came out first, followed by the rookie Palmer, and then, surprisingly, Evans came out and said that if he wanted something done, he'll do it himself, reiterating that Eagle would not get the return match for the belt. The match was quickly-paced, ending with Evans suplexing Eagle and Palmer rolling up Evans in a schoolboy in one motion, getting the pin on the champion to get the first title shot of his short career.
PCW FULL THROTTLE MAIN EVENT--PCW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
"DARK MESSIAH/MAIN EVENT" MIKE FOXX (w/ Katie Angel) beat Champion "The BEAST" FRANCO D'ANGELO to win the belt
--Franco did not answer his introduction twice before Referee Terry Stephens announced that, if D'Angelo did not step through the curtain before the count of 10, he would strip the champion of the belt and award it to Foxx. Stephens got up to eight before Franco finally came out, a bloody bandage on his head. The battle was on, and it went in and out of the ring. Outside the ring, D'Angelo threw Foxx into Kody Kox at the commentary desk, wiping him out temporarily. Foxx bashed D'Angelo's head into the ring bell, opening him back up. Katie Angel interfered, and Mace & James Johnson ran out as well, only to be turned back by "The Beast." Foxx put D'Angelo in his submission hold, now known as the STMF, twice. The first time, D'Angelo powered out of it, but, the second time, he passed out from blood loss and was declared unable to continue, so the belt was given to Foxx. As he and his Faithful, including Kox, celebrated, Sabu appeared on the video screens, seemingly peering over Foxx's shoulder in anticipation of what will now be Foxx vs. Sabu for the World Title at Capital Punishment!
PCW Full Throttle's next card will be on Saturday, May 17 at 8 p.m. at PCW Arena in Arlington, Texas. Franco D'Angelo defends the Television Title against Apocalypse. Robert Evans meets Viper. Brandon Collins is forced into a handicap match against James Johnson & Mace of the Faithful. Nobe Bryant & Jerome Daniels are scheduled to defend the Tag Team belts, and Lance Hoyt will have another Backstage Pass.
PCW's next major show will be Capital Punishment on Saturday, May 31 at PCW Arena. Mike Foxx will now defend the PCW Heavyweight Title against Sabu. Action Jackson & Wally Darkmon will go up against James Johnson & Mace. Robert Evans will defend the PCW Cruiserweight belt against Matthew Palmer. Brandon Collins faces Thomas Bussey in a Submission Match, and Lance Hoyt wrestles Brett Idol.
