Indy Wrestling News is sad to report that promoter Ed Chuman, 62, passed away earlier today.

Chuman was a long time member of the National Wrestling Alliance, having run NWA Midwest since 1998. Several groups in the Midwest ran under the National Wrestling Alliance banner with the help of Chuman, who was promoting less frequently due to health problems.

Chuman was also a championship belt enthusiast and worked with belt maker Reggie Parks.
