One of the most important area pro wrestling events of the year is set to take place as New England Championship Wrestling returns to live action on Saturday night, November 21 at the National Guard Armory, 1000 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA with a 7 PM bell time for the 2009 TOXIC WALTZ.

THE TOXIC WALTZ is a unique event that has a major impact on the future course of events in New England Championship Wrestling.  It is a 10 man gauntlet match, where two men start and the loser of each fall picks the winner’s next opponent.  Friends could face friends or bitter enemies could collide.  Nine men are announced for the match and the final man can be anyone in or out of NECW.  The winner of THE TOXIC WALTZ becomes the number one contender to the NECW Triple Crown Championship and gets a title match at one of NECW signature events, GENESIS, which will take place in February 2010.

The nine announced competitors are:  NECW Television Champion, “The Heat” Kris Pyro, Davey Loomis, Alex Payne, D.C. Dillinger, “Sensational” Scott Levesque, Mr. Munroe, “The Real Deal” Brandon Locke, “The Natural” Scott Osbourne and “The Talent” T.J. Richter.

Five additional bouts round out the card, including 2 championship matches and a special World Women’s Wrestling Tag Team Challenge.

NECW Triple Crown Champion, Max Bauer defends the title against “The Talent” T.J. Richter with Mr. Munroe in his corner.

The NECW Television Championship is on the line as “The Heat” Kris Pyro defends against Brendan Michael Thomas in a grudge match.

In a special 6 man tag team grudge match, the team of  Rican Havoc (Ryan Bisbal, Don Vega and  Jose Perez) with Ivy in their corner battle the NECW Tag Team Champions, The Crown Jewels (Bad Boy Jason & Darling Damon) and their partner, “Sensational” Scott Levesque with “Mr. Fabulous” Tony Ulysses in their corner.

The controversial “Devil’s Reject” Brandon Webb sees action against “The Natural” Scott Osbourne managed by “The Rock God” Brett Adams.

And in a special World Women’s Wrestling Tag Team Challenge Match, WWW Champion, Alexxis Neveah teams with Ivy to do battle with Sammi Lane and newcomer, Kimaya.
